Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process the claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours, because of a change of mind or any other reason outside of the control of the seller, are subject to a $75 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and the refund will not be processed until the item has been returned. Refunds will only be issued to the original account from which payment was made.




  • You must present a copy of the sales receipt from Watt-A-Ride.  

  • The product cannot be used for rental or commercial use or competition.

  • Warranty claims made within 90 business days of delivery will be eligible for replacement parts and shipping of replacement parts at no additional charges. Claims made after 90 business days of delivery will still be eligible for replacement parts but the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the required parts.



  • This Limited 1Year Emove/Nami/Rayvolt and 6 Months for Raldey/Fiido Warranty is non-transferable and non-renewable after the product’s initial sale.

  • No unapproved modifications can be made to the product, its performance or otherwise, in order for this Limited Warranty to remain in effect.

  • No reimbursement is provided for towing, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, incidental or consequential damages.

  • Warranty is void if weather-related water damage is determined. Owner is responsible for storage and protection from the weather.

  • Watt-A-Ride makes no warranty with respect to products or trade accessories. 

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, flat tires or other cosmetic damages due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product.

  • This Limited Warranty will not cover any damage which results from the application of improper cleaners, solvents or chemicals to the product, water damage, smoke or soot, or from exposure to saltwater, sea breeze or salt.

  • This Limited Warranty will not cover any damage which results from ageing, such as fading of paint, deterioration of plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber or plastics, or rusting.

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover improper repair or misdiagnosis of problems.

  • This Limited Warranty excludes damages from rider misuse or neglect or use other than as specified in the Owner’s Manual or any use under abnormal conditions including accidents or any form of personal negligence. This is standard across the industry.

  • Warranty does not cover screws, nuts and bolts natural corrosion, wear and tear including screws coming loose with use. It is the owners responsibility to keep the product maintained. 

  • The warranty covers replacement parts only and does not cover labour to fit as the items covered can be fitted by the owner. In the event that you are not able to conduct repairs on the product, Watt-A-Ride may offer to arrange repair services for you at our expense.

As the device’s owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required maintenance. You may be denied a warranty claim solely because of your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance. As the owner, you should be aware that you may be denied your warranty coverage if your device or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unapproved modifications.
